I'm kind of a socially awkward penguin, and naturally nerdy in almost all possible aspects. I watch practically every science-fiction show based in space, I regularly quote Lord of the Rings, I've been sucked into the gaping mouth of Reddit, and I play so many video games that I set up a gaming channel on YouTube.

I fancy myself more as a writer than as a visual artist. The only art I ever really create revolves around the characters in the stories I write, for my own personal visualization.

Man, I haven't written a journal in a hot minute. It has literally almost been 6 months. I won't keep you for long, just a few quick announcements! Dragon Bond I posted Chapter 2 today, after four months of waiting. First of all, I want to apologize for how long it took me to get this chapter to you. My editors were all very busy, and didn't really have time to copy-edit it for me before I posted it, something which I cannot blame any of them for. So, despite having never left deviantArt, even for a day (I check it constantly for updates from other artists), and regardless of the fact that I check the email account that's attached to NexisSakura (https://www.deviantart.com/nexissakura) at least once every other day, somehow managed to overlook the fact that some amazing person has spent $30 on a 1-year premium membership for me! Dude, I have no idea who you are (since you did it anonymously), but you're the best! Thank you so much! I'm thinking of producing Dragon Bond purely in novel, chapter by chapter format, and self-publishing in the future. I think it will turn out A LOT better. Your thoughts?

Sounds good! If you're happier making it that way - and think it will be better than the comic-format - then go for it!

I'll still follow DB even if it's in novel form, but I'd prefer it to stay a comic.

I like novels more than I like comics anyway. Go for it!

Are you kidding? That's ridiculous. I want to read a comic, not a novel.
